Aurora girls golfers place third at second of four Suburban League tournaments

The Aurora girls golf team finished third in the six-team American Conference at the second of the four Suburban League tournaments Wednesday at Brookledge Golf Club in Cuyahoga Falls.

The Greenmen finished with a score of 381. Highland easily won the competition with a score of 312 and Kent Roosevelt was the runner-up with a 332.

Aurora’s Brooklyn Millard shot a 71 to win the competition by four strokes. Rounding out the team scoring for the Greenmen were Kayla Tejada (92), Anjali Mishra (97) and Nina Newkirk (121).
