Stow Bulldogs 10-and-younger baseball team wins title in Streetsboro

The Stow Bulldogs' age 10-and-younger baseball team won the Final Tune Up Tournament, which took place Saturday and Sunday at Streetsboro Park. The Bulldogs defeated Norton 10-4 in the championship game. Stow trailed 3-0 before scoring five runs in the fourth inning to take the lead for good. The Bulldogs reached the championship game with a 15-1 victory over the Pennsylvania Redhawks. Stow also split a pair of games with the Redhawks Saturday. The Bulldogs lost their first game 10-9 and then cruised to a 12-2 win in the second game. Stow finished second at the Bring the Heat Tournament, which took place June 6 and 7 at Longwood Park in Macedonia. The Bulldogs lost to Nordonia 4-2 in the championship game. The Stow Bulldogs’ age 10-and-younger baseball team won the Final Tune Up Tournament, which took place Saturday and Sunday at Streetsboro Park.
