The Case-Barlow Farm Board is asking supporters to offer donations to make up for lost funding due to cancellation of this year's Fall Fest, the organizations's largest fundraising event.

Due to uncertainties surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, the Case-Barlow Farm Board has cancelled the 2020 Fall Fest, which had been scheduled for Sept. 20

The next Fall Fest has been scheduled for Sept. 19, 2021.

"It is with heavy hearts that we have cancelled the 2020 Fall Fest," said Board Member Linda Matty. "All of us look forward to our premier event, the Fall Fest, which allows for an exciting outdoor day for children and adults. The Fall Fest also serves as our largest fundraiser of the year, making its cancellation even more difficult."

Matty said that nearly 100 volunteers are needed to run the festival and many volunteers had expressed concern over attending an event with so many attendees. Last year's fest included attendance of nearly 1,200.

The CBF board is encouraging those that usually attend the fall fest, to consider a donation to help with the farm's operating expenses. Tax deductible donations can be made online at or by mailing a check to Case-Barlow Farm, P.O. Box 2143, Hudson, Ohio 44236.

"We look forward to welcoming all of the families back to the Fall Fest in 2021 and are planning many exciting activities," said Matty. Additional smaller events will be held at Case-Barlow Farm throughout the year, so please follow us on Facebook and look for updates on our website."
