Do you wanna build a snowman?

Or a snow rainbow? Maybe a snow volcano? Perhaps a snow octopus?

On Sunday, Stow's Parks and Recreation Department asked residents to grab their shovels and buckets and build their own snow sculptures at Silver Springs Park.

The city has been planning the event since the beginning of the year, but has been waiting for the first big snow of the year.

There were three big piles of snow near the soccer field to get people started, and then creativity took over.
