BROADMAN BAPTIST CHURCH
Broadman Baptist Church is a Bible based church associated with the Southern Baptist Convention and is located at 350 E. Bath Road in Cuyahoga Falls. Bible Study begins each Sunday at 9:45 a.m., with the worship service at 11 a.m. The worship service is also virtual on Facebook and You Tube at 11 a.m. On Sundays there is a Bible study class for every age The children’s ministry nursery is open for child care during both the Bible Study and worship hour.
A Tuesday night Bible Study is virtual by zoom at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night Bible study is in person at 6:30 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Broadman is slowly opening up with some activities since COVID-19 protocol restrictions are lessening. There will be a Ladies tea on June 12 from 10 a.m.-noon.
Broadman will host a scaled down Vacation Bible School July 12 through the 16 from 6-8 p.m. The theme will be “Knights of North Castle: Quest for the King’s Armor." North Castle is hidden in a frozen land. The King’s valiant Knights are on a quest in search of the King’s Armor. But the armor isn’t what they think it is. Register your child to become a knight in search of what God’s armor really is on the new website www.broadmanchurch.org. The mission of the month at BBC keeps members involved in helping where there is a need in the community. Recently the church collected used eyeglasses for the local Lions Club, needed items for the homeless veterans at Valor Home and in June will be donating gift bags filled with hygiene items for local nursing home residents. The year long mission is collecting small gifts to pack a goal of 375 shoe boxes for needy children around the world through Samaritans Purse “Operation Christmas Child.” BBC is known as “A church that makes a difference.”

FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
Worship services at First United Methodist Church, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, are on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. There is also a Children’s Worship service for those in 1st - 4th grades at that time. The worship service is in person or live-streamed at www.firstchurchcf.com. At least through the end of June, those worshiping in person are asked to continue to wear a mask, stay 6 feet apart, and have their temperature taken at the door.
All kids age 4 through going into 6th grade are invited for the one-day “Knights of North Castle” VBS, on Saturday, July 17, from 9 am to 3 pm. Children age 4 thru going into kindergarten may come to either the morning or afternoon session; those in grades 1-4 will have a full day program; and those going into 5th and 6th grades will go offsite, starting with a trip on the Cuyahoga River. This outdoor VBS will be a great chance for kids to continue to grow in their faith in a safe and fun place. You may register at firstchurchcf.com/featured-events/.
The annual Chess Camp will take place July 12-16 from 9 am to 4 pm. The camp is open to all 1st graders and up who are unrated or rated under 1500. No chess experience is required. Come and learn to play or improve your skills. The week will include several trips, a T-shirt and a concluding tournament on Friday. Before and after care is available. Epworth Summer Camp will take place at the University of Mount Union July 6-9. Copies of the camp brochure and required forms can be found by emailing email@example.com. The Church in Silver Lake will continue Virtual Sunday morning worship at 10 a.m. through the website at https://m.facebook.com/TheChurchInSilverLake/.

RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH
Resurrection Lutheran Church, located at 1981 Graham Road, Stow, invites the community to worship at 10 a.m. Sundays on Facebook. Search Resurrection Lutheran Stow to find them. Prayers are also posted there daily.
The church is worshiping in person, masked and distanced, as well as on Facebook live.

Worship with Interim Pastor Larry Baldridge is being held in the sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. Pews are marked for social distancing and everyone is asked to wear a mask. No nursery care is available at this time. Services are also being live streamed on Facebook.
Adult Bible Study meets outdoors at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning, weather permitting, with Carol Zeh.
Meet with former Pastor Jim Case on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. for prayer in the sanctuary, followed by fellowship and coffee. All are welcome.
The Stow Community Farmers Market, held in the church parking lot, opens June 5 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
TWIN FALLS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
Twin Falls continues hybrid online/limited in-person services Sunday mornings (recorded on Facebook also). Live streaming of the worship service on Sundays at 10:45 a.m. is available at www.twinfallsumc.org

Stop by and check out the "Little Free Library." It's located at the edge of the entrance along the side of the driveway. There are many children's books and some adult books. Take one or two and you can leave one or two if you wish but not required. No time limit on them.
