Seniors Kenna Loveless, Ravyn Edge, Mabinty Kromah and Brennan Heavilin were inducted into the Tallmadge Track and Field Hall of Fame recently.
Loveless advanced to the Division II state track and field competition in the 3,200-meter race last spring. She also was a four-time All-Ohioan for the Blue Devils cross country team, which finished a school-record third at the Division II state cross country meet in 2019.
Edge is a two-time state qualifier in track and a three-time state qualifier in cross country. Kromah was a member of the 800-meter relay team that reached the 2018 state meet. She joined Loveless and Edge to help Tallmadge achieve its best season ever in cross country during the fall.
Heavilin placed third in the seated shot-put competition at the 2018 state meet. He also spent his last three seasons as a member of the Blue Devils’ wheelchair basketball team, which was the state runner-up for the third consecutive year during the winter.
