The Hudson and Western Reserve Academy boys lacrosse teams are set to host the Midwest Scholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association Tournament later in the spring.
The games are scheduled to take place May 8 and 9 at Hudson Memorial Stadium and WRA Stadium. Members of the Cleveland St. Ignatius lacrosse team also are part of this event.
A total of 16 teams are planning to compete. The competition will feature some of the top teams in the Midwest area and is expected to be attended by numerous NCAA coaches.
The MSLCA originated in Hudson and this will be the first time the Explorers will be a part of it. Admission is free to all of the matches.
