The Western Reserve Academy boys basketball team has one game left before the final curtain drops.

It’s a safe bet every other high school squad is breathing a huge sigh of relief.

The host Pioneers captured their fourth consecutive win after earning a 66-53 victory over Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Thursday at the Murdough Athletic Center Gymnasium.

With the win, Reserve improved to 12-16 overall.

As he has done throughout the season, sophomore Chris Livingston carried WRA on his broad shoulders. The 6-foot-6 guard finished with a game-high 36 points, to go along with a game-high 12 rebounds, six steals and three assists.

Dimitrije Radusinovic had another strong performance with 15 points, nine rebounds and three assists. The Pioneers’ defensive stopper, Cordell Livingston, had eight points, five steals, three assists and three rebounds.
