Hudson senior Hunter Trautmann is heading to the Hall-of-Fame city for the second consecutive year.

Trautmann advanced to the Division I state meet after placing fifth with 410.4 points at a district competition Thursday at Cleveland State University’s Busbey Natatorium.

The top nine divers advanced to the state meet, which is scheduled to take place Feb. 21 and 22 at C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton. The competition is set to begin at 9 a.m. both days.

On the girls’ side, two Explorers saw their stellar seasons end in Cleveland.

Sophomore Isabelle DiTullio finished 10th with 379.65 points. Freshman Lydia Redd placed 13th with 339.3 points. The top seven divers advanced to the state meet.
