The Western Reserve Academy ice hockey team concluded Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League White South Division play with three consecutive wins.
The Pioneers earned a 4-1 victory over Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Saturday at Kent State University Ice Arena.
With the win, Reserve improved to 6-16-1. WRA finished 5-5 in the White South Division.
The Pioneers jumped out to a 3-0 lead and didn’t look back. Jad Darwiche led Reserve with two goals and two assists. Noah Goad added a goal and an assist for WRA, which was outshot 30-27 by the Royals.
Pioneers’ goaltender Adam Goad finished with 29 saves.
