The Aurora ice hockey team wrapped up its regular season, falling to host Parma Senior 5-1 Sunday at Michael A. Ries Ice Rink.
With the loss, the Greenmen dropped to 16-12. They finished 5-5 in the Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League White South Division.
The Redmen (25-4-1) scored the first four goals before Greenmen junior Cameron Mullin found the net midway through the second period with assists from seniors Jack McElwee and Adam Hicks.
Parma added one more goal in the third period to seal the win and finish its regular season with a 10-0 division record. Robbie Gudin led the way for the Redmen with two goals and two assists.
Junior Nolan Sullivan made 40 saves in net for Aurora. Colin Pinson stopped 20 shots for Parma.
Aurora received the eighth seed at the Baron Cup II Tournament, which is set to take place at the John M. Coyne Recreation Center in Brooklyn.
The Greenmen are scheduled to play top-seeded Amherst Steele (21-4), the White North Division champion, Monday at 6:30 p.m. Avon Lake received the second seed and Parma earned the third seed.
