The Tallmadge bowling teams continued their mastery on the lanes.

Both teams improved to 6-0 overall and 6-0 in the Suburban League after defeating Stow-Munroe Falls Friday at Stonehedge Entertainment in Akron.

The boys team had a huge day with a season-high pin total. Thus, the Blue Devils cruised to a 2,743-2,548 victory despite a 680 Baker-game series by the Bulldogs.

Robert Wilson led Tallmadge with a 472 series. He rolled games of 235 and 237, respectively. Joshua Parry rolled the high game (256) for the Blue Devils. He also rolled a 192 for a 452 series.

Cooper Randolph had a strong performance, as well, with a 431 series (201 and 230).

"It was great to see Cooper rounding into form," Tallmadge head coach Scott Krainess said.

Others who fared well for the Blue Devils were Parker Braccio (194 and 206) and Patrick Stachowiak (214 and 150).

"Parker bounced back strong," Krainess said.

The girls team earned a 2,122-2,062 win. Kirsten Moore was the top bowler in the match with a 491 series. She rolled games of 237 and 254, respectively.

‘It was an awesome effort by Kirsten," Krainess said.

Also competing for Tallmadge were Isabelle Hall (149 and 198), Morgan Cool (126 and 154), Florence Drayer (129 and 147) and Aileena Sargeant (106 and 119).
