The Tallmadge boys and girls bowling teams finished third at the Falcon Classic last Saturday at Legend Lanes in Cuyahoga Falls.

The Blue Devils boys scored a total of 4,039 pins. Berea-Midpark won the 11-team competition with a score of 4,329. Fairport Harbor Fairpoint Harding was the runner-up with a score of 4,198.

Berea-Midpark’s JT Jackson and Gavin Fouts took the top two spots with series’ scores of 697 and 690, respectively. A total of 61 bowlers participated.

Patrick Stachowiak led Tallmadge with a fourth-place series of 649. He rolled games of 237, 227 and 185, respectively. Teammate Joshua Parry finished sixth with a 636 series (202, 211 and 223).

Parker Braccio placed 15th for the Blue Devils with a 587 series (182, 197 and 208). Also competing for Tallmadge were Robert Wilson (24th, 150, 199 and 204) and Cooper Randolph (32nd, 177, 188 and 152).

The Blue Devil girls scored 3,256 pins. Norton won the eight-team competition with a score of 3,754. Cuyahoga Falls was the runner-up with a score of 3,341.

Norton’s Kylie Miklovic (600) and Katie Anderson (573) finished first and second, respectively. A total of 44 bowlers participated.

Kirsten Moore led Tallmadge with a fifth-place series of 541 (206, 160 and 175). Isabelle Hall was the next Blue Devil with a 13th-place series of 486 (156, 179 and 151).

Rounding out the scoring for Tallmadge were Morgan Cooll (20th, 175, 122 and 155) and Aileena Sargeant (36th, 128 and 144).
