The Hudson ice hockey team finished second at the Rough Rider Holiday Ice Hockey Tournament.

The Explorers lost a 3-2 decision to Oxford Talawanda in overtime Sunday at Kent State University Ice Arena.

The Braves scored the tying goal with 2 minutes, 34 seconds left in the third period.

Luke Karnofel and Alec Dickens scored for Hudson (8-6-1). Jonah Karnofel and Sully Clark each had an assist.

The Explorers also earned a commanding 8-0 victory over Columbus Bishop Watterson Saturday.
