The Aurora ice hockey team won its fourth game in a row earning a 3-1 victory over Stow-Munroe Falls Friday at The Pond Ice Rink in Chagrin Falls.

With the win, the Greenmen improved to 8-2. Junior Cameron Mullin opened the scoring for Aurora with two goals in the first period.

After a scoreless second period, Christian Gier found the net early in the third period for the Bulldogs to pull within one. However, sophomore Nathan Funk sealed the victory for the Greenmen with an empty-net goal in the final minute.

Aurora seniors Jack McElwee and Maxx Goldston each had two assists and freshman Zane Martin had one assist.

Junior goaltender Nolan Sullivan made 18 saves in net for the Greenmen and Adan Doyle turned aside 24 shots in net for Stow.
