Tournament officials recently announced that tickets are on sale for the 2020 Bridgestone Senior Players Championship, which is scheduled to return to Firestone Country Club’s South Course in Akron July 8-12.

Good-Any-One-Day course tickets are available for $15 or fans can enjoy five days of course access for just $50. Those who act now will save, as ticket prices are set to increase in the spring. Fans also are reminded that each year, players, who are ages 18 and younger are admitted free of charge to the Bridgestone Senior Players when accompanied by a ticketed adult, excluding access to private hospitality venues. All active duty and Reserve, military retirees and their dependents also receive free entry all week. Tickets are also complementary, but a $1 verification fee per military individual does apply.

Upgraded ticket offers are available, starting at $225 for access to the Firestone Country Club Clubhouse. This weekly pass provides exclusive access to the historic clubhouse, located behind the ninth green where inside patrons can cool off in the air-conditioned venue that features food and beverages for purchase and televisions airing live Golf Channel coverage.

Each ticket purchased directly will benefit the Bridgestone Senior Players’ mission to generate charitable contributions for local non-profit organizations.

The 2019 event was won by World Golf Hall of Fame member, Retief Goosen. After breaking a tie for the lead on No. 17, Goosen went on to birdie the final two holes and capture his first win as a rookie on the PGA Tour Champions.

The Ambassador of Golf event is scheduled for July 9. For general information on the upcoming tournament, visit bridgestoneseniorplayers.com or contact the tournament office at 330-644-2299.
