The Aurora girls cross country team’s season came to an end Saturday.

The Greenmen finished 16th with 392 points at the 24-team Youngstown Division I regional meet Saturday at Boardman High School.

Cleveland St. Joseph Academy won the competition with 130 points. Medina (138), Hudson (152), Shaker Heights (155), Brunswick (209), Mentor (248), Massillon Jackson (258) and Warren Howland (261) also advanced to the state meet.

Medina’s Juliette Keller won the 189-member race with a time of 18 minutes, 12.53 seconds.

Freshman Grace Barto led Aurora with a 50th-place clocking of 20:13.19. Rounding out the top five for the Greenmen were junior Victoria Blechschmid (97th, 20:52.94), sophomore Morgan Schmitt (101st, 20:56.54), junior Mikayla Jones (106th, 20:58.97) and senior Karsen Zabell (117th, 21:12.86).
