The Western Reserve Academy golf team concluded its season at the Interstate Preparatory School League Tournament Monday.

The Pioneers, who finished 13-3 in 2019, placed third out of three teams with a 343 at Sunnehanna Country Club in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Kiski (Pa.) won the competition, which featured plenty of rain, with a 328 and Linsly (West Virginia) finished second with a 342.

Kiski’s Xavier Martinez earned medalist honors with a 78. Nathan Beskid led Reserve with an 80 and Josh Pethel was next with an 83. Rounding out the team scoring for WRA were Johnny Beskid (87) and Tommy Siegenthaler (93).
