The Western Reserve Academy girls cross country team placed 19th with 496 points at the 34-team Malone Invitational Saturday at GlenOak High School in Canton.

Wadsworth won the competition with 83 points. Olivia Robinson led the Pioneers with a 69th-place time of 22 minutes, 28.4 seconds. A total of 235 runners participated.

Rounding out the top five for Reserve were Elba Heddesheimer (97th, 23:00.5), Paige Bodnar (102nd, 23:03.8), Joy Tian (110th, 23:10.1) and Grace Cameron (122nd, 23:32.5).
