The Western Reserve Academy girls cross country team placed 10th with 230 points in the 18-team Division III race at the Galion Cross Country Festival Saturday.

West Liberty-Salem won the competition with 87 points. North Bloomfield Township Northmor (118) and Centerburg (125) finished second and third, respectively.

Cardington’s Louie Hallabrin placed first out of 126 runners with a time of 19 minutes, 17.4 seconds.

Olivia Robinson led the Pioneers with a 30th-place clocking of 21:54. Rounding out the top five for Reserve were Kimberly Winson (46th, 22:59.5), Joy Tian (47th, 23:04.7), Paige Bodnar (54th, 23:10.8) and El Heddesheimer (61st, 23:23.5).
