The Aurora boys cross country team placed 11th with 344 points in the 34-team Division I race at the Boardman Spartan Invitational Saturday.

Louisville won the competition with 124 points and Bainbridge Township Kenston (141), Solon (145) and North Allegheny, Pennsylvania (155) grabbed the next four spots.

Uniontown Lake’s Nathan Moore finished first out of 294 runners with a time of 15 minutes, 46 seconds.

Matthew Singleton led the Greenmen with a third-place clocking of 15:54.4. Rounding out the top five for Aurora were Andrew Ploskunak (53rd, 17:20.1), Max Manderbach (88th, 17:50.7) and Justin Hartland (101st, 17:56.5).
