The host Hudson girls tennis team improved to 7-4 overall and 4-1 in the conference after cruising to a 5-0 victory over Cuyahoga Falls.
Laura Nijhuis did not drop a single game at first singles. Sunny Fan (6-0, 6-1) also dominated at second singles and Emma Hall posted a 6-1, 7-5 win at third singles.
The Explorers’ doubles teams of Jennifer Grainger and Katie Tuttle (6-1, 7-5) and Smantha Sigler and Emi Uijtewaal (6-1, 6-2) earned straight-set victories.
