The host Western Reserve Academy football team improved to 2-0 with a 33-20 victory over Garfield Heights Trinity Saturday.
Darius McKenzie reached the end zone three times for the Pioneers. He also forced two fumbles and had a fumble recovery and a sack.
Andrew Ogden had touchdown rushes of 82 and 6 yards, respectively, and Gavin Lawlor had 1 1/2 sacks and a caused fumble for Reserve, which outscored Trinity 26-13 in the second half.
McKenzie carried the ball 20 times for 167 yards and Ogden had 154 yards in 18 attempts.
