The Aurora girls track and field team placed fourth in the American Conference at the Suburban League Meet, which concluded Thursday at Stow-Munroe Falls High School’s Bulldog Stadium.
The Greenmen scored 107 points. Highland won the competition with 153 points and Tallmadge (134) and Copley (124 ½) finished second and third, respectively.
The Greenmen’s 400-meter relay team of Julia Brezovec, Jane Puzder, Celeste Conley and Lauren Tincher took first in 50.71 seconds.
Leah Angelo also captured first in the high jump with a leap of 5 feet, 3 inches.
