The Western Reserve Academy boys track and field team won the eight-team Cuyahoga Heights Relays Saturday.
The Pioneers finished with 106 points. Cuyahoga Heights placed second with 102 points and Garfield Heights Trinity took third with 61 points. Reserve won seven events.
The high-jump trio of Jacob Grossman, Cade Howard and Alex Lammers finished with a combined height of 15 feet, 10 inches.
Lammers and Grossman also joined Matthew Bloom and Jad Darwiche on the winning 3,200 team (9 minutes, 6.3 seconds).
The long-jump trio of Simon Homadi, Keagan Le Roux, who was named the outstanding track performer, and Michael McKeithen had a combined distance of 55-4 ½.
The 6,400-meter relay team of Howard, Andrew Song, Will Downing and Raymond Barrett won in a time of 20:33.4.
The 400 weightman’s quartet of McKeithen, Karthik Reddy, Joshua Rogers and Austen Coldiron took first in 53.6 seconds.
The sprint medley team of Bakari Steve, Sebastien Fields, John Okeleke and Le Roux crossed the finish line in 1:38.3.
Fields joined James Doh, Romir Basu and James Cook on the winning shuttle hurdles’ unit (1:06.3).
Other Reserve relays that finished in the top four are as follows.

Discus: McKeithen, Coldiron and Reddy, fourth, 291-3
Pole vault: Dominic Jocas and Christopher Yankay, fourth, 16 feet
400: Homadi, Okeleke, Tim Chen and Le Roux, second, 45.6
800: Steve, Chen, Devin Dhaliwal and Le Roux, second, 1:35.4
Distance medley: Downing, Doh, Zohaib Malik and Barrett, 8:51.2
1,600: Steven Yang, Song, Howard and Dhaliwal, second, 3:47.3
