The Hudson baseball wrecking crew continued its rampage Thursday.
The host Explorers improved to 10-0 overall and 5-0 in the Suburban League National Conference after earning a 3-1 victory over Twinsburg at The Ballpark at Hudson.
The Explorers scored two runs in the first inning. The Tigers put a run on the board in the third before Hudson got a crucial insurance run in the fifth.
Hudson had eight hits and four errors. Twinsburg (8-1, 5-1) finished with five hits and one error.
Left-hander Sylvan Wiley (2-0) pitched four innings to get the win. He allowed two hits and struck out one.
Blake Hartline led the Explorers’ offense with two hits, including a double, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base.
Nolan O’Connell added two hits, including a double, and an RBI.
