On the weekend of March 8 to 10, gymnasts from Flytz Gymnastics competed at the "Luau in Leos" gymnastics meet at the Kalahari resorts in Sandusky. The following gymnasts reside in Cuyahoga Falls and train at Flytz Gymnastics, located at 2900 State Road in Cuyahoga Falls.

Level 7 gymnast Gabrielle Suffolk won the all-around competition with a personal-best score of 38.125. Suffolk also won first place on bars with a 9.6, first place on beam with a 9.5, second on floor with a 9.775 and third on vault with a 9.25.

Teammate Bailee Norris also won the all-around competition with a personal-best score of 38.125. Norris also won first place on floor with a great 9.75, second on vault with a 9.425, second on bars with a 9.525, and second on beam with a 9.425. These performances led Flyz to a victory in the Level 7 Team competition with a total team score of 114.025.

Level 6 gymnast Morgan Knott placed second on vault with a 9.3, placed second on beam with a 9.225, and helped her team finish third place.

At Level 3, Mollie Armstrong won first place all-around with a 37.65, won first place on vault with a 9.25, won first place on bars with a 9.35 and won first place on beam with a 9.55.

Hayden Blue also won first place in the all-around with a 37.375, won first place on beam with a 9.45, won first place on floor with a 9.575, placed second on vault with a 9.35, and placed third on bars with a 9.0.

Lily Hammerstrom placed third on bars with an 8.95, while Gia Smith placed third on bars with a 9.3 and third all-around with a 36.975.

Alexis Suffolk placed first on floor with a 9.575, third on beam with a 9.225 and third all-around with a 36.925. These girls’ performances helped Flytz place second at Level 3.

Xcel Platinum gymnast Terez Repay won first place on floor with a 9.425.
