The Hudson boys basketball team picked up two wins in a span of 24 hours.

The Explorers improved to 10-7 on the season after earning a 68-43 victory over host Youngstown East Wednesday.

It was Hudson’s second win in as many days. The Explorers cruised past Cuyahoga Falls 57-35 Tuesday at Ray "Buck" Hyser Gymnasium.

Hudson built a 20-9 first quarter lead and then took full control in the second quarter to take a 39-16 advantage at halftime.

Aaron Martin scored a career-high 28 points for the Explorers. William Wallace and Jack Burdett added 11 and 10 points, respectively, for Hudson.

Gabe Green led Youngstown East with 11 points.
