The Hudson girls bowling team improved to 6-3 after earning a commanding 1,897-1,385 victory over Solon Wednesday at Roseland Lanes in Oakwood.
Ariana Ellis led the Explorers with games of 189 and 136, respectively. Olivia Norton rolled games of 153 and 143 and Alyssa Germano bowled scores of 161 and 120 for Hudson, which won all three Baker games.
Also competing for the Explorers were Katie Titmas (183), Dani Maurer (150) and Natalie Gilles (137).
The boys fell to 1-9 after losing a 2,388-2,074 decision to the Comets.
Logan Loeffler led the way with a pair of 190 games and Jay Boyden wasn’t far behind with scores of 184 and 195.
Others who contributed for Hudson were Jacob Kennerson (137 and 149), Trey Grega (135 and 149) and Austin Fernando (140 and 111).
The Explorers lost to Solon 1,768-1,549 in the junior varsity boys’ match.
