The Tallmadge bowling teams improved to 2-1 overall and 2-1 in the Suburban League with convincing victories over host Barberton Monday at Charger Lanes.

The boys defeated the Magics 2,473-,1775 and the girls earned a 2,027-1,698 win.

Robert Wilson led the boys team with scores of 226 and 223, respectively. Josh Parry was next with scores of 230 an 193 and Cooper Randolph rolled games of 180 and 203.

Also competing for the Blue Devils were Patrick Stachowiak (222 and 145) and Parker Braccio (199 and 146).

Kirsten Moore led the girls team with scores of 162 and 222. Isabelle Hall was next with scores of 211 and 150.

Also faring well for Tallmadge were Aileene Sargeant (131 and 167) and Florence Drayer (128 and 158).
