The Hudson boys soccer team had a rough go on the road this past Saturday.
The Explorers sure made amends Tuesday.
Hudson finished 4-1-2 in the Suburban League National Conference after earning a convincing 5-1 victory over host Wadsworth Tuesday at Art Wright Stadium.
With the win, the Explorers, who lost to Copley 3-0 Saturday on the road, improved to 7-6-2.
Hudson scored all five of its goals in the first half. Josh Rosenzweig had two goals and Owen Dollins, Jarrett Widdoes and Peyton Koscho each scored once.
Dollins also had two assists and Ben Hallis had two assists for the Explorers. Alan Gutierrez also had an assist for Hudson, which had a 10-2 advantage in shots on goal and a 15-4 edge in total shots.
The Explorers also had a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks.
