The Aurora ice hockey team recently concluded a successful season.
The Greenmen’s 15 victories was their highest win total since they won 15 matches during the 2008-09 season.
Aurora’s winning percentage of .646 was its highest since it had a .776 winning percentage during the 2006-07 season.
The 2017-18 Greenmen are the first team to not lose two matches in a row during the season.
Senior Tomi Pirinen ended his career with the most career assists (134) in school history. He is third in school history with 256 points behind Drew Troy (300) and Steve McCreight (256).
Cameron Mullin’s season total of 46 points is the third highest total by a freshman in school history behind Troy and McCreight (both players had 50 points). Mullin’s season total of 21 assists is the most assists by a freshman in school history.
