Sagamore Hills - Richard Thomas Storozuk, age 77 of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Karen Lee (nee Dyser); loving father of Rick C.; dear brother of Ronald (Deborah), Phillip (Diana), Mary Ann (the late William) Zayak, Suzan (Thomas) Palicka, and Kathleen (Thomas) Shoop; caring uncle of Anthony, Tom, Derek, Kara, Kristi, Lisa, Bill, Michelle, Jennifer, Tom, Courtney, Stephanie, and Erica. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was very active in the Garfield Heights Hockey Association as a player, coach and father. Richard worked for 34 years as a Greyhound bus driver and he founded Stor Landscaping. Whenever he had the chance, he enjoyed taking car trips, riding his bicycle and watching Hockey. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 9451 Brandywine Rd, Northfield, OH 44067 (Masks and social distancing will be required at church.) Inurnment with military honors will be held 10:45 AM Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273.
