The state Route 8 northbound on-ramp from W. Streetsboro Street (Route 303) will close for 90 days starting Monday, Aug. 3. During the first seven days of the closure, the detour will be Chittenden Road to Hines Hill Road to Dean Memorial Parkway to Route 8, according to Hudson city officials.
A temporary ramp from Chittenden Road to Route 8 northbound will be constructed during these first seven days. The temporary ramp is anticipated to open on Aug. 10, and will then be used for the remainder of the 90-day closure.
This work is part of a pavement replacement project on Route 8 between Graham Road and Route 303. Estimated completion of the entire project is July 2022.
