No vendor’s permit

Ice cream truck found on street: The sheriff’s office reported that after they found a Cleveland man and woman were operating a ice cream truck on Meadowbrooke Way without a vendor’s permit from the township, they were told they needed to get a permit. The man and woman left the area.

Arrest warrant

Man found at store: The sheriff’s office said that after it responded to a an anonymous report of a suspicious man standing in front of a Route 82 store at about 8L30 a.m. May 4, a deputy determined that the 33-year-old sagamore Hills resident was wanted by Bath Township police on an arrest warrant. The sheriff’s office said Bath police were unable to pick up the man so he was informed of the warrant and released.

Property damage

Suspect believed to have feathers: The sheriff’s office said that after a Deep Creek Circle woman reported finding a crack in the rear sliding door of her home during the late morning April 29, deputies investigated and believed the damage was caused by a bird flying into the door.
