A fifth coronavirus Ohio case has been confirmed in Trumbull County, Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital announced Wednesday.

According to area media reports, Robert Pinti, Warren deputy health commissioner, said the patient will be questioned to determine if he or she had come into contact with anyone else.

An announcement confirming the case is likely Thursday afternoon when Gov. Mike DeWine gives his daily update on the coronavirus at 2 p.m.

Four other cases have been confirmed, including a Stark County reported Wednesday and three cases in Cuyahoga County.
