HUDSON — City Council will soon have a vacancy to fill.
Council member Dr. J. Dan Williams (At-Large) on Tuesday announced he is resigning from his legislative post effective March 20. Williams has served on city council for 13 1/2 years.
The city will be accepting applicants to fill the At-Large Council position. Applicants can apply online at www.hudson.oh.us on the Government Boards and Commissions page. Hopefuls should complete the application form and submit it online. The deadline for applications is 4 p.m. on March 31.
Council will review the applications and hold interviews in April, with the goal of making an appointment in May.
