HUDSON — Tree removal will begin this week for the state Route 91 North Turn Lane Project.
The tree removal is necessary before the roadway work to comply with the project's environmental permitting requirements, according to a notice from the city. Tree removal is scheduled to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Two-way traffic will be maintained with minor delays.
The SR 91 North Turn Lane project boundaries are from Brandywine Drive north to Middleton Road. The improvements include roadway repairs, a new 8-foot sidewalk, storm sewer upgrades, a new Akron waterline installation, widening of Darrow Road at Valley View Road, Herrick Park Drive, and Hines Hill Road, and the resurfacing of the entire project.
