TWINSBURG — A man walked away with only minor injuries from a Monday crash that involved multiple rollovers, according to the Twinsburg Fire Department.

The fire department said at about 3:45 p.m Monday a man in his early 20s was traveling westbound on Interstate 480 in a Ford Escape when his vehicle had reported mechanical issues, causing it to veer off course.

The vehicle rolled over multiple times, but the driver only sustained a minor hand injury, the Twinsburg Fire Department said.

The fire department took to social media to share images of the damage to the vehicle and pointed out that the driver was wearing his seatbelt.

“Seatbelts save lives!” the department said online.
