CUYAHOGA FALLS — Police said Monday that they are seeking the public’s help in identifying a vehicle and driver that apparently struck and killed a Cuyahoga Falls man at the 2nd Street and Grant Avenue intersection at about noon Sunday.

Amy Schaefer, an investigator supervisor with the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office said the cause of 61-year-old Robert Persinger’s death has been determined to be “blunt force trauma to the head and torso.” The manner of death is still under investigation, she said.
