The Rotary Club of Hudson will stage its 35th annual Rotary Gala at the Hilton Garden Inn of Cleveland/Twinsburg May 17, and the sponsor commitments have already surpassed last year by 25 percent.

This exciting event features an open bar, multiple course dinner, silent and live auctions and has provided major contributions to community services over the years.

This year’s major beneficiaries are Hudson Community First’s "Uncharted Waters: What Every Senior Needs to Know Before Going to College;" The Gift of Life of Northeast Ohio; and Boy Scout Troop 321’s restoration of their cabin located on Main street downtown.

The lead sponsor (platinum) this year will be Kaulig Giving of Hudson that supports more than 30 non-profit organizations that assist the well-being of children, educational and healthcare institutions, and non-profit organizations having a positive impact on the local community. Kaulig Cos. operates brands across a spectrum of businesses including consumer discretionary products, sports and entertainment, media and marketing services and finance and financial services. The family-related Burton D. Morgan Foundation, which created the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem for grant making, ecosystem building and knowledge sharing serving youth, collegiate and adult makers, doers and dreamers, has also been a table sponsor for many years.
