The "Toast to Hudson" is gearing up for another exciting gala sponsored by Hudson Community First, a local non-profit promoting positive youth development in the schools and community.
Akron Children’s Hospital is the Presenting Sponsor of this signature event of the winter season that supports Community First programming and activities in all of the schools in Hudson. For the past five years, this sold-out event has attracted annually more than 250 of Hudson’s business leaders and community members while benefiting Hudson’s premier youth organization for an amazing night of food, fun and fundraising.
More than 100 auction items will be featured. Items include a weeklong Hilton Head getaway; sports memorabilia such as a signed Jack Nicklaus scorecard; a beautiful modern painting donated by MOD; Invisalign braces by Dr. White; diamond earrings; Orangetheory fitness package; Husqvarna mower with bag; and Cricut Explore Air 2 donated by JoAnn.
There will be food, restaurant and sports ticket packages as well. Jewelry Art has donated for the raffle a beautiful classic chain necklace and pendant of sterling silver. The pendant has black sapphires and is called "Lava" by John Hardy. Hudson’s own Molly Taylor and Co. have graciously donated their talents to floral highlights for the evening.
The event is planned for Feb. 15, 2019 at Western Reserve Academy’s Murdough Athletic Center. Tickets are $160 per couple and $85 per person. This includes beer and wine. An open bar price is also available. Once tickets are sold out people may also access the silent auction by donating to "Toast To Hudson." To purchase tickets online go to Toast19.givesmart.com.
