REMINDERVILLE — Crews from five fire departments responded to a residential fire in the 3400 block of Beaver Trail Saturday evening.

A resident of a four-unit condo called 911 around 7 p.m. to report a neighboring unit was on fire, according to Reminderville firefighter Bill Sagaser. Reminderville was assisted by Aurora, Bainbridge, Solon and Twinsburg fire departments, he said.

The fire was extinguished within 20 minutes, Sagaser said, but crews were still at the scene at 8:30 p.m. checking for hot spots. He said the fire was contained to the one unit. The origin and cause are still under investigation. Whether anyone was home at the time was not known, he said, but there were no injuries.
