Hudson -- After a week of hoping for the safe return of their co-worker, 26-year-old Jessie Davis of Lake Township, Allstate Insurance employees returned to work June 25 with the tragic news that Davis's body had been found June 23 in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed June 24 that the body found in a shallow grave in a park off Bath Road was Davis and her nearly full-term, unborn child. As of press time, a timeline of events and the exact cause of death, had not yet been established.

Davis' boyfriend, Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, a Canton police officer, was arrested June 23 and arraigned on two charges of murder June 25 in Canton Municipal Court. His bond was set at $5 million.
Deputies and agents from the FBI also arrested Myisha L. Ferrell, 29, of Canton, June 24 on a charge of obstructing justice, a third-degree felony, in connection to this case.
"They are doing as well as can be expected," Rick Pitinii, the attorney for the Davis family, said of the family, which reported Davis missing June 13.
Pitinii said there is no word on when memorial services might be scheduled, as the medical examiner's office must complete its investigation.
Patty Porter, mother of Jessie Marie Davis, stood and faced her daughter's accused killer as he was arraigned in court June 25.
"I believe my whole life has prepared me for this moment," Porter said during a press conference following the arraignment. "And by not sitting down when I saw Bobby Cutts, I wanted to make sure he knew I was there."
"We wanted him to see us, to know what he has done with our family -- I'm just disgusted with him," said Whitney Davis, Jessie's younger sister.
Porter said Davis' family spent the day Sunday alone and crying, and Blake, Davis' 2-year-old son, has been asking for his mother and "calling" her on an old cell phone.
"Blake is doing as well as can be expected for a 2-year-old whose mom is not at home," Porter said.
