Aurora -- A road rage incident near Geauga Lake & Wildwater Kingdom was reported to police June 20, but the suspect drove off and could not be located.Officers said a motorist stopped in at the police station to report he was struck from behind by another vehicle after pulling from the amusement-water park's lot.When the victim stopped at the next traffic light, the suspect approached him, yelled at him for cutting him off and spit on him, then drove away.The victim was taken to Solon's St. Vincent Emergency Center after complaining of neck pain, and Aurora police told him to contact Bainbridge police to file a report since the incident happened in the township.Disputes and warrantsJune 14 -- Argument. Officers were called to a local fast-food restaurant where a couple reportedly were arguing and throwing objects at each other. They were warned about their behavior and told to leave the restaurant.June 15 -- Another dispute. An Aurora woman reported she and her husband were engaged in a domestic dispute. Officers said the husband left the residence for the night.June 16 -- Family dispute. A Geauga Lake area man contacted police because he said his adult daughter would not listen to him. The man was advised police had no authority to force her to go with him.June 16 -- Warrant arrest. An Aurora man was arrested on Old Mill Road on a warrant from South Russell police. He was turned over to South Russell officers.June 18 -- Warrant arrest. Officers picked up a women being held by Linndale police on a warrant from Aurora. She was taken to the Portage County Jail.June 19 -- Argument. A woman on the northeast side of town told police a process server grabbed her arm, then threw papers into her vehicle. The Aurora woman also said she backed her vehicle into the side of the process server's vehicle. No charges resulted, and no damage estimate was given.Traffic-related casesJune 13 -- Collision. While leaving Aurora Farms Premium Outlets, officers said vehicles driven by two Streetsboro women collided as one attempted to turn left. No damage estimate was given.June 15 -- Rear-end crash. An Aurora juvenile was cited for assured clear distance after he struck an Aurora woman's vehicle from behind in the 200 block of North Aurora Road. No damage estimate was given.June 16 -- OVI citation. During a traffic stop, a Texas man was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failing to dim his high-bright headlines.June 16 -- Failure to yield. A Chagrin Falls man was cited for not yielding after officers said he attempted to turn onto Route 43 and struck an Aurora woman's vehicle. No damage estimated was given.June 19 -- Lot collision. An Aurora man reported while his vehicle was parked at Barrington Town Square, the driver of a vehicle next to him pulled forward and struck his left front fender. No damage estimate was given.June 19 -- Rear-end collision. An Aurora juvenile was cited for assured clear distance after police said he struck a Ravenna woman's vehicle from behind in the 500 block of North Aurora Road.Miscellaneous casesJune 13 -- Property recovered. Police said they contacted the owner of unspecified property in the possession of a person who had been arrested. June 16 -- ATV missing. A Moneta Avenue woman reported theft of a four-wheeler valued at $1,200 from her yard.June 18 -- Criminal mischief. An employee at a construction site reported $500 worth of damage was done to unspecified items.June 19 -- Runaway incarcerated. Officers pick-ed up a runaway girl in Cleveland and took her to the Portage-Geauga County Juvenile Detention Center after Cleveland police took her into custody.
