Munroe Falls -- A Main Street man who was heard producing loud music in his neighborhood was arrested and charged with producing unlawful noise Jan. 12.

Police responded to a complaint from a neighbor regarding the noise in the man's apartment at 11:26 p.m., according to the report.

The city's unlawful noise ordinance prohibits residents from producing loud noise after 9 p.m.

The 21-year-old man previously received a warning from police Dec. 22 for playing music at an excessive volume, according to the report.

The man is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.

Criminal damaging

Jan. 12. Vehicle damaged: A Munroe Falls Avenue woman told police her husband punctured the tires and broke the windshield on her vehicle following an argument between the couple at approximately 12:30 p.m. The damage to the vehicle was not reported.

According to the report, the woman declined to file a complaint.
