Holy Family participates in spelling beeThirty-seven of Holy Family's top middle school spellers put their knowledge to the test during the school's annual spelling bee Jan. 12. In the end, seventh-grader Abby Libby became the 2007 Holy Family Spelling Bee Champion. She, along with the first runner-up, eighth-grader Alex Ferrato, and Jim Griggs, Grace Kaucic and Justin May, will represent the school during the City Spelling Bee Jan. 25 at Kimpton Middle School. The school's top two spellers from that competition will advance to the district bee Feb. 6 at Cuyahoga Falls High School.
