According to prosecutors, the Cuyahoga Falls girl went to the club Sept. 13 and participated in the filming of an adult entertainment video. Jaber pleaded guilty to one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor, prosecutors say.Jaber's attorney, A. Edward Bonetti, did not return phone calls seeking comment by press time.In addition to the furnishing alcohol charge, a Summit County grand jury indicted Jaber in October with pandering obscenity involving a minor and endangering children, both second-degree felonies.Prosecutors said the felonies were dropped following a plea agreement because Jaber did not know the girl was a juvenile.Prosecutors said Jaber admitted he served alcohol to someone under 21 years old but did not know she was under 18 years old and not allowed to be in an adult entertainment video being filmed at the club.Akron residents Hollie Everson, the club's general manager, and Carl Moss are scheduled to have a suppression hearing Jan. 22 before a trial Feb. 6 at 1 p.m.E-mail: lkrupar@recordpub.comPhone: 330-688-0088 ext. 3141
