James Schuppe, friend and former pastor of the couple.The bride is the daughter of Vicki and Chuck Nowak of Metamora, Mich., and Scott and Robin Paye of Lake Orion, Mich. The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Cheryl Brant of Stow.Lindsey Miller of Baltimore, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Hall of Boston, Sarah Jones of Chicago, Anna Mallard of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Krystie Hague of Grand Rapids, Mich., all friends of the bride.Dave Dare of Denton, Texas, friend of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Jeremy Blanden of Cincinnati, Andy Wright of Kansas City, Mo., Charles Paul of Washington, D.C., and Matt Kandel of Akron, all friends of the bridegroom.The reception took place at Devil's Ridge Golf Club in Metamora, Mich.The bride is a 1999 graduate of Grosse Pointe South High School. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music with a degree in music education and attends Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Mich., where she will graduate with a master's degree in counseling this spring.The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music with a degree in music performance. He is principal horn of the South Bend Symphony and third horn in the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. He is an AR consultant for Transworld Systems.The newlyweds honeymooned in the Dominican Republic and now reside in Grand Rapids, Mich.
