The Stow-Munroe Falls girls golf team finished fourth with a score of 368 in the National Conference at the first of the four Suburban League tournaments Wednesday at Brookledge Golf Club.

Nordonia won the eight-team competition with a score of 363. Both Hudson and Twinsburg shot a 367 to finish in a tie for second place.

The Knights’ Ally Siewert shot a 78 to earn medalist honors. Ellie McCoy led the Bulldogs with a score of 83.

Rounding out the team scoring for Stow were Ellie Ryan (90), Olivia Balawender (94), Abbey Staats (101) and McKenzie Ickes (101).

The Bulldogs earned a split with a pair of Suburban League crossover rivals Tuesday at Brookledge.

Kent Roosevelt shot a 164 to defeat both Stow and Copley. The Bulldogs finished with a score of 189 and the Indians shot a 202.

Ryan led Stow with a 45 and Balawender and Staats each shot a 47. Ickes added a 50 for the Bulldogs.
